Schrodinger Band (하)

For each attack that hits an enemy (CD: 0.3s), gain 2% Attack Speed. Enter the Elated Mode for 5s when gaining 7 stacks. In this Mode, each attack that hits the enemy (CD: 0.9s) gains 2.0 SP (attacks in Elated Mode no longer grant stacks). All buffs will be removed after Elated Mode ends.
