Include renames

• Scene 4-03 (#252)

  * FIRST COMMIT - SCENE 4-00
  
  first commit, it's a test but also a real review of the test.
  "hey haelle, you already reviewed this part though?"
  "yeah but it was really bad, I was doing single dialog review instead of reviewing the scene as a whole"
  
  The major changes here a uniformisation of the tenses: everything now respects the past tense as recommended in stories. You can learn more here: https://centralschool.ie/english-grammar/narrative-tenses/
  Another major change are the "……" becoming "…", since the first form doesn't exist in english
  
  * Finalize scene-4-00

  There's a backspace still missing between the last "pain" and "endless recovery, endless pain"
  
  Tried to fix in last branch too but didn't work, this time should (I hope) cuz there was a [\s] that shouldn't have been there cuz the two things were already separated by mono-mono
  
  Didn't affect the VN but maybe was the cause the backspace isn't showing...
  
  If you know how, feel free to modify, I'm hoping this is the last time I see this scene

  The backspace still doesn't appear, let's see if this is the right way or else I'm out of ideas and we'll just leave it at that... T_T

  Think I got how to trigger that backspace (the 2 sentences were separated by mono-mono but the second one wasn't a "pageend" one so it should be fine to just unify the paragraphs only leaving aside the last one with the end of the page
  
  Also centered the other line you see modified because it was too high before and there was too much space below.
